Help and support
Last updated: 21 October 2026
ReachThem is an app for churches, and for the clubs, charities and festivals that run on volunteers. It brings rotas, events and tickets, team chats and notices together in one place, on iPhone, Android and the web. ReachThem is run by SILOAM DESIGN LIMITED.
Get help in the app
- Tap Help at the top of the first screen of any tab, or open the Me tab and choose Get help.
- Tell us what happened, then tap Send. You get a reference starting with H- straight away.
- We reply in the app and let you know when we do. You can see your requests and our replies under Me › Help and complaints.
Questions about your own church or organisation, such as when you're on or who to ask about an event, are best asked of the people who run it.
Contact us without the app
If you can't use the app, ask the people who run your church or organisation on ReachThem to pass your message to us, or write to us through our complaints form, which doesn't need an account.
Can't sign in? ReachThem signs you in with a six-digit code sent by email, so there is no password to reset. If the code doesn't arrive within a few minutes, look in your spam or junk folder, then ask for a new code.
Deleting your account
- In the app: open the Me tab and choose Delete account. It takes effect straight away, unless others still rely on you: if you are the last owner of an organisation, its last Safeguarding Officer, or it still has gifts, refunds or online sales going through, the app tells you what to hand over or stop first.
- Without the app: see Deleting your account, which also explains what happens to your information.
Report a problem or make a complaint
- In a chat, press and hold a message to report it or block the person who sent it.
- In the app, open Me › Help and complaints › Make a complaint.
- Without an account, use our complaints form.
If someone is in danger
- If someone is in immediate danger, call 999. For the police when it isn't an emergency, call 101.
- If you are worried about a child or young person at your church, tell your church's Safeguarding Officer. Young people can do this from the app: Tell a Safeguarding Officer.
- The NSPCC helpline is on 0808 800 5000. Children and young people can call Childline free on 0800 1111.
ReachThem's help team can't respond to emergencies.
