1. What we collect

When you sign in with Google or Facebook we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We store this to create and manage your account. When you register for an event we store the details you provide (name, family members, answers to event questions).

2. How we use your data

We use your information to:

Create and manage your account
Process your event registrations
Send event reminders and post-event feedback requests (where you have opted in)
Allow event organisers to manage attendee lists

3. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Your registration details are visible to the event organiser for that event only. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g. email delivery).

4. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time — see the section below.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights or to delete your account, please email davecart.dc@gmail.com.

6. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
